September 5th, 2015, I got engaged to my best friend and favorite human, Taylor Brand! It was so exciting and my ring is so amazing!! I love that boy and I can't wait to marry him!!! 

We decided to go down to St. George for the long weekend, and we stayed at my grandparents place who have a condo on the Sand Hollow Golf Course. It was so nice and warm! Of course Taylor told me that my ring wouldn't be ready for another 4 weeks... (he told me this the day before we left to St. George.) So I was not expecting in the slightest that we would get engaged! 

We went and got in and out because I am obsessed with lettuce wrap hamburgers, and it is a tradition that when we go to St. George, we just have to go there! Then on our way home everyone was telling me they had to study, and so Tay and I headed to walmart to get treats for our movie night. While we were out there, everyone stayed home and set up the whole thing! Taylor had it all planned out and just left them there to set it up. They ran a trail of tea candles from my grandparents house all the way to the golf course, and on the golf course, was a giant heart of candles and rose petals in the middle! Taylor got down on one knee and asked me to marry him, and it was such a good day!!! I am so excited! Wedding planning has already been a blast!! I love you baby! Can't wait to be yours forever!!

Sunday breaky bc our hotel breakfast was so gross.

This post is a whole lot of randomness brought to you by your one and only. Life has been incredibly chaotic these past two weeks or so. Dealing with quitting, moving, finding a job and a lottttt more. I am just thankful I am still functioning. I got to spend my weekend in Vegas with my mom and my two sisters. Andee had a figure skating competition (she is so good!! She can do an Axel!) and we went to watch... and shop. I hit the jack pot guys. Can I rave about ZARA? It is for sure my favorite store. I love it. 

Life is good. to list a few reasons:

- Non stop Christmas music for the past week

- Laura who just had knee surgery. I always get so worried when people are sick or injured. I am so sad for her. 

- The Holiday and Jude Law. He is too cute

- Man Sweaters. (Tay I hope you like a good preppy sweater.) Refer to ASOS mens section of Sweaters & Cardigans. especially THIS ONE. It's perfect.

- Barre class= a nice tight a$*

- Caramel popcorn. Refer to Barre class above ^^^

- 8 months. 

- NYC at Christmas time next year

- My Mom. She is incredible and I don't thank her near enough

- The snow and the warm happy feelings these next few Holidays bring

Taylor's Farewell

This Sunday was Taylor’s farewell. What can I say, I love that boy and am sad he is leaving, but am very happy for him to go. I am going to miss that stud muffin, but am excited for him to have experiences that will change him for the better. Luckily I have two and a half more weeks to hang out with him. Separation issues people. We can’t just stop hanging out right now. We don’t work that way. We haven’t been separated for more than two weeks in ten months, and we have talked everyday for almost 11 months. We were talking about it last night and decided that that is pretty lame. Haha. We are too inseparable, so this will be interesting. Lots of prayers people. That’s how I will get through it. I love you Tay. I am so proud of you!

My bite, his bite. 

What the, how'd that get there?

Taylor came to my cabin last week. I love him. Anyway, we had fun playing hard all week. The first few days were kind of rainy, but it warmed up by the end of the week. We were inseparable all week long. It was so much fun to be with my best friend for 7 straight days. The day after he went back to Utah we facetimed each other 5 times. Like is that excessive or normal? He is in Costa Rica for the next two weeks, so it was necessary. It was also his birthday while we were here and because his favorite place is Hawaii, we had a Hawaiian themed birthday party for him. How cute is that little cake up there? I made it and my mom frosted it. A way to a mans heart is through his stomach right? Yeah. He liked it. I am pretty sure i am going to have a rough time when he leaves on his mission in August. I sure am attached to that boy. Like a lot.
